The KS2 universal servo drive has been successfully developed. The drive has the following characteristics:
1. The servo drive has compact structure, small size, and is very easy to install and disassemble.
2. By modifying the servo drive parameters, the working mode and internal parameters of the servo drive system can be modified to adapt to the requirements of different application environments.
3. The industrial-grade intelligent power module IPM is adopted, so it has the characteristics of strong overload capacity and large starting torque, which can guarantee 3 times the overload capacity below 1.5KW.
4. A series of status display information is set up, which is convenient for users to browse the relevant status parameters of the servo drive during debugging and operation; at the same time, a series of fault diagnosis information is also provided.
5. The maximum speed of the servo drive can be set to 3000rpm, the minimum speed is 0.5rpm, and the speed regulation ratio is 1:6000.
6. The servo motor has its own photoelectric encoder as the position signal feedback to the servo drive, forming a closed-loop control system.
7. The driver includes: overcurrent, overvoltage, overheating, undervoltage, position over-tolerance, speed over-tolerance, encoder detection and other fault detection.
